I really love this build . Even though I'm not much of a black panther fan, This set is definitely a keeper.

I like the idea that the back wings open up. If you remove the arms clips holding the back together you could split apart the 3 ionic thrusters. It’s probably not accurate though

As a toy, it works way better that I would have thought, the mobile elements have enough range to make it fun to play. As a model, that seems quite close to a fail if I look at the other reference available right now which is another toy but does confirm my first impression: the repulsors and wings are too big and make the whole thing clunky. And for the price, 50 is really pushing it. 40 (which is the price I expect to see him reach quickly), that would be OK.

In Canada that set cost 64.99 before taxe. That mean 75 $ more or less.

I'm glad that this set is being reviewed as I am a bit hesitant to buy this. But I might buy this in a few months to go alongside my two infinity saga dragonfly ships. Thanks, Jang.

8:07 My guess would be they don't make these kinds of head gear pieces longer at the back so that it can still be compatible with minifig accessories like backpacks etc. I think that's a good grade off, there's usually not too much print showing and you won't be looking at the minifig directly from the back most of the time anyway 😊

The natural glow on those thruster pieces is really nice, the way it catches the light.

I got this set and made one tiny mod that I feel really improves the poseability (I have no idea how to spell that word) of the rear wings. I swapped the ratcheted joints around so that the “female” side is connected to the main body of the craft and the “male” side is connected to the wings. That allows me to twist the wings up and down a bit, which I really like for posing.

Not my cup of tea, but nice review, as always. Thanks Jang 😊

Loved this review, especially in regard to the minifigs. As a Marvel collector it's an awesome set in it's own right, but it's currently on clearance at Wally Mart so I bought a couple extra sets just for parts!

That last bit made me laugh :)

My favourite things about these sets are the underwater warriors idk what there called because i havent seen the film but still a aight set

I wasn't planning on getting this until you pointed out the parts are actually a new iridescent color

I'd call the thruster thing a hover or propeller even though it doesn't have any blades. It appears to be some sort of hovercraft or helicopter. Side note: I'm surprised I guessed a $50 price from looking at it.

I bought mainly for the iron heart, just thought it looked cool. Obviously I liked how the ship looked too but she was my main reason for purchasing.

Reminds me a bit of the Exo-Force set 7704, awesome!

In my opinion they don’t. They just don’t look that obnoxious vs how they can be in for example red technic sets.

Watching this video and thinking how the flyer would look changing the purple parts to yellow and adding a few Blacktron emblems...

Suprisingly good set. Can’t think of many flaws. Leg printing for every figure should be the standard

Passing on all Lego sets until they get on track with more digestible prices.

I've been buying some of the more affordable star wars sets like the new x wing and AT-ST. Both are under €40 and feel worth that price. The playscale AT-AT is overpriced tho..

I will never understand these comments, which I get all the time! All of my oldest bg music tracks have been in the rotation continuously since this channel started and before!

Those technic pens are colored to stand out during the building process but they stuck out badly in final look. Oh I agree that they need to figure out a solution

4:35 it's not the first review where you mention this, but it's funny, it sounds just like it was the same exact piece (not mold) that has been used for so long, it lost its grip 😀

I find myself comparing the price, play features and minifigs to the Ninjago Golden Jet we got earlier this year for a much, much better price and only one less figure. Hmm.

Switch the trans purple parts to trans yellow, and you get a blacktron ship!

I don't see how they can change the colour of the pins now that everyone know what each one does. They could introduce a knew version with a stud on the end and then cover them with round black dots.

Those minifigures are so detailed in print and that tooma (?) headgear, they must be $5,- each easily. They look better and more detailed then most CMF’s I saw recently. So $30,- for the flyer is a decent price. I agree on the playability side of the set, but i am so old it seems weird that such collectible figures are meant for play. Cool set, reminds me of the earlier set that looked like a dragonfly. That’s why I was expecting the wings to open up somewhere in the review. Is that not a thing on this one? Still this one probably out-shines the other quite a bit with the colors.

I wonder if JANGBRICKS will ever review Lego Star Wars Jango Fett's Slave 1 set 7153 from 2002, Although it is very hard to find for a reasonable price since Lego hasn't made a second Jango Fett's Slave 1, Hopefully Lego will make a new version of Jango Fett's Slave 1 within the next few years and maybe make a UCS version of Jango Fett's Slave 1 as well

So the ship interests me but the minifigs I don't care for I've always been a ship person so I've never really cared for the figures. This build does have some nice colours too it but I don't think it will push me past that OK I'll gey it limit, maybe if there was a bit more to the ship or it was a set that had the ship as part of a larger set but its price point for what's in the box just isn't for me but if you like to collect your minifigs this set looks cool for you. Let's just hope they write ironheart better in the films than they did in her comics books because that book flopped hard.

Kinda wanna get this now tbh. Looks good, and it's close to what I want out of Marvel builds, and honestly... Best cockpit I've seen just based on how closed up it is while have interesting complex shaping. Don't know if I will get it, but idk. I see a lot sets that make me go "This is the wrong direction," which makes me go "I want that!" whenever I see something I do think is the right direction. Same reason the Smowtrooper Battle Pack or the AT-TE appeal to me... The medium brown skintone might be the big seller on this for me.

No recolored blue technic pins though. Come on Lego, stop being stubborn.

the ratched joints really have become weak. my kay fire dragon and bone demon mech cannot hold up their limbs

I know this is off topic, sorry, but I had a dream last night that the movie came out and it was revealed that T’Challa wasn’t actually dead and I was SO confused.

This set is on sale for 24$ at my Walmart and there are still 10+ of them LOL Nobody wants this set, even at half price and Lego STILL used maximum production quality on the figures.... yet they cheap out on star wars figures that everyone wants and will pay good money for?? Lego is weird but I still sadly love them.

Hard pass on this set.

I really love those blues and purples, hope to see them in more sets. Really glad I got to watch the build of this live. Would recommend people go check out Jang on Twitch when he builds, it's an entirely new experience when you watch that then the reviews afterwards, really makes you appreciate the models more.
