Originally saw this on eurobricks when looking for a 4x4 mod and love it. The redesign is so well done and the use of the central diff and u-joint idea is so well implemented Looks great with the new tires from the Zetros. Can't wait for you to post the instructions Keep up the amazing builds.

That differential must be rubbing hard when only one of the front suspension is engaged. It's a great Idea but the Lego differentials are just too bulky

I agree they are too bulky. The differential does rub a little, but only when the left is at full drop, and the right is at full height.

great job! but why no V6 like orginal set?

Because a V-6 wouldn't be strong enough to power the four wheel drive. Just kidding, I wanted to see if the V-8 would fit.

How many parts do you need in adition to the original model?

I'm not sure. You can run a report in Rebrickable based on the original partlist.
