i feel like my rsr is not working. i have the official lenovo drivers et the adrenalin from windows store. but when i set my screen in 2k ,and the resolution ingame at 800p, and then whzn the game is launched i go to adrenalin to activate it, nothing change, the game is a blurry mess and even in the legion space ,it appears that the RSR is off.

You have to set the screen to 1200 or 800 and system will automatically convert it to 2k

You need Fullscreen mode in game, NOT borderless fullscreen

In the video above, I show that my monitor is capable of a 3840 x 2160 resolution. However, when I test a game, I set the desktop resolution to 1080P and the in-game resolution to 1080P. AMD RSR will detect your native resolution and upscale it to the maximum resolution of your device, like mine, from 1080P to 4K.

Is the quality as or nearly as good as native?

The visual quality can’t compare to native 4K, but it looks much better than 1080p and is very close to native 2K.

@@T-PEN so do you think RSR would look better for 1440p monitor?

I can’t answer this yet because I haven’t tested it on a 2K monitor. Based on what I have tested, RSR scales better when your game resolution is close to the native resolution. For example, upscaling from 1080P to 2K looks better than upscaling from 800P to 2K.

so 4k upscale seems too much . maybe 2k will be ok !

A 2K 180Hz monitor would be a good choice for the Legion Go.

For a portable monitor, either 14” or 16” 1080P is fine. However, for an external monitor of 27”, it should be at 2K resolution because we have RSR, which will be very useful. 1080P on a 27” monitor looks a bit blurry to me.
