This narration was documented by Pohnpei State Historic Preservation Office (Field Researcher Alfredson Ladore and Assistant Public Educator Jason Barnabas) and NGO Pasifika Renaissance (Executive Director Takuya Nagaoka) on June 16, 2018. Ty so much for recording these.. Pohnpeian heritage is mostly oral history, passed down from generation to generation.. if you have time my grandfather Luen en Rohnkitti I remember at 1point he was summoned to the kings house to do clarify if he was in line for king. He went n did how do u say it I guess explain it the king the history of the dipwinmen clan ( padoken sou en dipwinmen ohng nanmwarki o ) not entirely sure what the outcome of his visit with the nanmwarki. His status is not high but I think he also knows a bit of history that he can share with u guys.
