I used to attempt to play the drums as a youth, Carl is one of the Masters. Such admiration I have for this man. Thanks Phil for putting him in touch with us.

☆☆☆☆☆☆ing fantastic! Pictures at an Exhibition still in my car CD player (had a band mate who was at that recorded Newcastle gig - so jealous). Great to hear the roll call of Brum venues - had me reliving my 'Light & Sound Design ' days. How about some passionate reviewing of recent remix release of Family - Bandstand Phil?

Great interview with one of my favorite drummers. Just bought Greg, Keith and Fanfare Box Sets and willing to order Carl’s one. Thanks for your channel Phil!

Great interview. Carl Palmer sounds so nice and friendly. Almost like you interviewed many times. Oh by the way the only other time an autobiography was part of a boxed set was Gary Moore about a dozen or so years ago. God bless and keep up the great work.

Great interview, I could listen to Carl all day long. But just think perhaps we could have had Emerson, Lake & Mitchell. So interesting and helped by your intelligent, probing questions. Thanks Phil. 😀👍🏻

Carl Palmer became my favorite drummer during the 1970's. I have seen the Legacy several times, and left amazed every time! 13:16

Great guest, thanks Phil, I do have a request speaking of Atomic Rooster, I have been longing for a documentary on A R. but there seems to be no interest , perhaps an interview with Peter French could suffice in that regard, I dearly love that band to this day and John DuCann was such an inspiration for me it would be nice closure, my John DuCann Archives playlist clearly shows that, thanks Phil !👍🎸........update: apparently Pete French has left Atomic Rooster over differences with Bolton

Update NO#2, i conversed briefly with Pete on YT, they just finished recording a new Leafhound album and it's soon to be released- another good reason for an interview, awesome👍
