corrupted combat kamui is basically a fusion of both varients, you can use it in combat, but it also moves you very far very fast, it's basically just the best variant possible.

Your two kamui don’t both have the tower because there’s multiple ranges of travel speed and you didn’t get teleported in the same kamui dimension because they’re different speeds

drowned bells don’t have any downsides corrupt bells do tho (drowned = corrupt legendary)

I know a few people who have drowned bells and have downsides. I have gotten like 16 corrupt bells and some of them didn't have a downside like how sometimes when u reroll your flaw with yunshul you get 'vacant' and I recon it's something like that.

sometimes points dont go into a weapon set completely with crazy slots so you straight up cant get them im pretty sure you always get boosted rates for your main weapon stat though

most likely since its a normal legendary resonance and not the drowned version, it doesn't have enough points remaining to spend on travel speed
