Sheik dropping that knowledge on link in this scene.

It blew my mind when I realized that in the Sheik dialogues, he was referring to the Sages. When teaching the Minuet of Forest, he's talking about Saria and their childhood When teaching the Bolero of Fire, he's referring to Link and Darunia's friendship Here he is talking about Ruto's growth

You know there's something special about old N64 graphics for some reason. I don't know why but certain older games feel more immersive than newer ones. It might be because the graphics are imperfect. Rather than showing me everything, some older graphics seem to make me fill in the blanks with my imagination.

@regulator619 Whoosh... Your not understanding that there is a certain charm to the old 3d graphics in them being imperfect and in their infancy. You also have to look at how people saw those graphics as a child and how it made them feel.

@regulator619 All I can say at this point is an absolute "WHOOSH". Your completely missing the charm that comes from old graphics, why the fuck do you think there are some game devs that intentionally make games that are in N64 or Ps1 style graphics? It's because there is a charm to that particular STYLE of graphics that people appreciate.

I always like the Shiek moments. The songs were cool and shiek says some deep stuff

I really like how what Sheik says when he teaches you the first three songs describes Link's relationship with Saria, Darunia and Ruto. It really shows how Ruto has matured a lot as a person over the past seven years, her ambition is to save her people and Hyrule, and even her childish crush has become something more realistic and deep.

This game takes me back to a much simpler time. I guess that's one of the reason why I'm so fond of it. That and the fact that it is amazing and flawless.

This is easily the best Sheik moment in OoT.

I would love to see Link and Sheik play a concert.

Cuz you just came here from the last temple, the Fire Temple, and you have not earned the Tunic yet because you are still in the Caverns and haven't doubled back to melt King Zora yet. This is done in perfect order. I was here tonight on my master's quest file (first ever play-through for me) I was surprised by how poetic sheik is, I guess I never really noticed or cared as a child until now... Amazing this one and what he says before Bolero of Fire are down right inspirational... This game never ceases to amaze me I find new glitches and little things all the time. I'm blown away, Jerry! Bloooownnnnn!!!

Something that has bothered me since I've been able to understand games a lot better as I've grown: Kokiri Forest is filled with monsters. Kill Phantom Ganon? No more, and the Kokiri return to their usual places. Goron city is Empty save for 3 Gorons. Kill Volvagia? They're all back, with the exception of Darunia and Hot Rod of course. Zora's Domain is frozen over and their pool outback has large chunks of ice. Kill Morpha? It doesn't change...WHY???? It bothers me because it removes the ability to get to Zora's Domain rather quickly. Yes, I could warp to the Lost Woods and go to the little pool just outside of the entrance to ZD, but if I wanted to get in faster without needing to play two whole songs, wait for them to finish and wait for the waterfall cutscene, I could just warp to Lake Hylia and enter the little chamber by the shore to be IN ZD already. It's just weird, it doesn't make much sense to me. It's never been changed so not like it matters, but it doesn't make much sense to me, and the biggest reason I complain is because I play randomized OoT a lot, and having to get into ZD as Adult without Zelda's Lullaby isn't possible unless I have Hover Boots

Would have been great if the uploader hadn't let the audio clip and distort... if you're capturing audio at above a 10db output, then you're doing it wrong... The amount of clicks and pops in this hurts

tbh, Sheik is considered male, and most people use the male pronouns for him, and even Princess Ruto refers to Sheik in the male pronoun (and yes, I'm aware Sheik is secretly Zelda).
