Well in this trailer do they not show the red ,yellow and purple rangers giving him the crystals to transform him from the green into the white ranger ? Only dif I can see is that they just didn't use the word power rangers other than that it's pretty upfront about being a power ranger movie.. I am having trouble remembering was Eric or Eric Reed his name on rhe show back in the day ?

I think he knew he did his thang already the best he could in this world and sometimes in life the world or even the people around you can change and can push you too depression and anxiety level uncontrollable too the point of Insanity pushed to a corner of a price might have too pay of being a superstar while sporting a new look where they test ya where who knows that type of person can't no longer be dealt with carrying the load for solong as we all human and eventually breakdown of nomore hope too that type of reality of living in fear factors simply can't handle it or recover anymore. His passing will be a lesson to many. That no matter how much fame or money one may have, It does not replace the emptiness in ones being after feeling so much pain inside. Thank you for making such a positive impact during my childhood and rest easy knowing that you made a difference.

I have never been both excited and heartbroken to see a movie before. Been watching this man for almost 30 years. JDF will be missed greatly

I think he means, not the original power ranger in the team that was created in the very first episodes of the franchise but that just makes him even more iconic and his entrance as the original green ranger was epic.

This film is fast becoming a film that I not only want to like due to me being a massive fan of the late Jason David Frank but a film I think might legitimately be good. It's good to see Johnny Yong Bosch back in action.

Jason David Frank did so much for us. Power Rangers, his friends and us his fans. Now it's time for us to do something for him by seeing this movie he put his heart and soul into as our way of thanking him. My girlfriend and I actually got to see him he had a heart of gold.

RIP Jason David Frank. You were a huge part of mine and many other's childhoods. When this film comes out I will see it.

I can't even watch this trailer without being overcome with emotion... JDF was my hero growing up, his passing was an unbelievable blow to my childhood. I still haven't made piece with it. whats more sadder is that one of his last videos he clearly states in his video that its a father daughter day ....and hearing the daughter part shows how much he had her in mind ,and how important she was to him .... symbolically he still fought for his daughter ....this dialogue is very self evident of what he was going through....

He said he putted EVERYTHING on this movie, every feeling, every anger and pain, every sadness....So yeah, now hear his lines have another context... I didnt know much about his career (out MMPR) but i think he was a great and wise man, his death hit me really hard, if he did it what he did, it was cuz he had a really bad time.... At least for me, it showed me that even the famous are not excluded from the depression, sometimes we see them as people who have everything, money, status, big houses beautiful couples or whatever, but they are just humans as all of us... I have been passing by depression too and.... I just would liked to be with him when that happened and tell him how many people was with him, tell him that he wasnt alone. He was my hero on TV and now i think i would liked to follow him across his career time, cuz he was a hero in real life too. Thank you for everything Jason.

I swear the actors that play power rangers NEVER stop being power rangers. No matter what they're currently doing.

RIP to Jason David Frank, he was one of the reasons why I had started martial arts, I had an injury that set me back but I'm definitely going to get back into martial arts and get stronger and better than I was before. He gave hope and strength to so many of us fans, I really do hope that this movie is able to come out in theaters still. If we're able to get this movie I'll definitely be going opening day myself.

I agree! I can't remember his name but the actor playing the Master/trainer/sensei (I'm guessing) is someone I've seen in a ton of low budget or just not mainstream stuff and always really liked his acting. They did awesome with the casting here.

Jason David Frank. Forever remembered. Forever loved. Forever a Ranger! Also, seeing the iconic Johnny Yong Bosch in the flesh on the screen is also a treat! One of my top favorite black/green Rangers and one of my favorite voice actors! (Ichigo from Bleach, Lelouche from Code Gease, and Nero from Devil May Cry 4 or 5!)

It has a sci fi channel movie vibe to it and I really look forward to seeing it in support and honor of Jason David Frank's last project. I understand he was passionate about it and it hurts me very much to know that he won't be around so that we can show him how much this means to us. If there are any younger folks reading this, one day you'll come to recognize that you CAN absolutely love people that you have never even had the pleasure of meeting as if they were your own family. To me, Jason David Frank will always be like the cool big brother of an entire generation. I can remember the first time I ever saw this man. I was 9 years old and like every other kid in what felt like the entire universe, I was into the power rangers. I saw him and I think he had to be the first time I ever thought a bad guy was cool. His long hair. Just the fact that he knew karate. And above everything else, now there is a new ranger... and he's green... and he has his own Dragonzord 🥲 And then we grew up and found out that he was just a guy with an acting career... except unlike so many other celebrities that have amazing lives because we want to live the world through what they do, Jason actually gave a fuck about us. Ive seen the video where he asks the fans to stop saying "you hear this a million times but..." , because he wanted EVERYONE to be able to express themselves because he understood what a life changing thing it could be to meet your hero and walk away feeling like you ruined their day. He wanted all of us to be ok. I'm STILL bawling my eyes out like a kid as im typing this like an idiot 😂 But I just felt the need to express something because you so often hear phrases like "the world is emptier because (PICK A NAME) isn't here anymore". And I always thought that it was just a formality thing to say- like offering your condolences or saying "I'm sorry for your loss". But I actually know what that feels like now. The world legitimately is lesser of a place because Jason David Frank is no more. May you rest in eternal paradise, Ranger.

Honestly this looks better than most official power rangers movies from back in the day imo. I'm excited AF and the world setting I'm so curious about the story they've created. Like this looks way more.. adult, for lack of a better word

Jason Davis Frank personified dignity honor courage respect. He did so much for so many people in his life he helped so many fans out with so many of their problems. Such a wonderful humanitarian and human being he will greatly be missed Jason David Frank will forever live in our minds hearts and our memories. For we must not dwell on the sadness of the situation that happened. No we miss celebrate his legacy and what he accomplished in his life. He left such an impactful legacy and impression behind that he will always be remembered.Long live Jason David Frank may he rest in power once a ranger always a ranger

So heartbreaking Jason not here but seeing him in this movie he’s always with us legends never die God rest his soul 💜

R.I.P. Jason David Frank, a hero to millions of children all throughout the ages. You were an inspiration for us all! A Mentor, a Hero, and a Friend for everyone. You will be missed. I cannot wait to see Legend of The White Dragon, and though it may be until 2023 for release I know your legend continues!

I hope this movie still releases. It’s like JDF knew Power Ranger fans, or even just fans of him needed a movie like this. Love the dark element to a Ranger vibe film. Need more of it for the adult fans 🔥🔥🔥🔥

I’m so glad they are still going to continue with this movie. I can’t wait to see it. JDF legend will continue on and on.

He was a big part of my life growing up. I hope one day I can understand why he was so sad and had to do...what happened. My love goes out to anyone who cared about him.

You were there for us as young kids, who were looking for an icon to imitate, someone to follow and be alike. You inspired us and we all got hooked more and more with your content, regardless if it was purely rangerish or not, it was still you regardless. I'll keep what you recorded for your fans, "That we're enough, to keep fighting, to always say we can and we will" man, the thousands you saved from their dark thoughts, time has come to pay back. It's morphin time!

I'm all in my feels and the goosebumps I got after hearing JDF morph into the suit @ 2:55 because he is such an icon, thanks for all the childhood memories!

Wow. Didn't even know my childhood hero passed away or that he was struggling with those thoughts and emotions. Such a big part of who I am. Even now, my last Halloween costume was of him. Makes me feel even worse because I've been going through my own depression and selfish thoughts. Have to keep pushing for my family and get through my mental struggles. God bless him and anyone else that's going through the same.

JDF's dialogue in the beginning is a crusher after the way he ended up going out. It's a shame as though he was living that characters downfalls in his mind. Either way, this movie really looks motion picture quality. I wish a trailer would be released on t.v. with a theater date put in place. Not to use his loss to sell tickets but I guarantee this would sell a fair amount. Definitely make more than enough to cover the production budget. I'd definitely pay to see it in theaters and I'd enjoy doing so. Would be great to see JDF go out on the big screen in style.
