Thank you atty for such a very comprehensive discussion of these laws affecting education. I did watch almost all of your lectures and i have learned a lot. It is not just educational but also entertaining esp on the discussions of various jurisprudence not to mention the punchlines- i you have been my professor way back in College, i should have decided to take up law as a course. I am an academician The way you shed light on the most relevant cases or issues in the practice of the field made me realize how worthy it is to become a law practitioner.

Atty. looking forward po na magkaroon po kayo ng webinar about code of ethics. Clarification po sana kung ano limitation, rights at hindi dapat ginagawa ng teacher during election period. Salamat po Atty!

Good day po tanong ko lang po sana as private school teacher kung meron po ba ako laban sa employer ng school kasi po nung time po na hinire nila ako wala po silang binigay na any criteria standard /evaluation checklist na kung saan don po nila ibabase kung na attain ko po ba ang standard nila para maging regular. May nabasa po kc ako na kapag wala daw pong any written doc criteria na ibinigay nung day na hinire nila ang isang employee consdered na daw po na regular employee siya tama po ba at applicable din po ba un sa aming mga private school teacher. Wala din po ako contract sir sa kanila salamat po

di ba nabanggit ko na regular ka nga kaso may probationary period ayon sa manual of regulation for private schools. 3 school years para maging permanent ang teacher. now kung walang contract applicable pa rin ang three years probationary period. wag maniniwala sa sabi sabi. idulog mo na sa dole para masulusyunan na yan
