Leg Workout #1 Exercises for Athleticism, Basketball, Sports

Спорт

This is a leg workout that helps build athleticism for basketball players and athletes. It will help you jump higher, run faster, become stronger, get conditioned, and be an overall better athlete.
This exercise shows leg exercises for: glutes, quads, hamstrings, calves, tibias, ankles, hips, and many of the smaller muscles in between.
Includes variations of exercises like: squats, deadlifts, jumps, kettlebells, calf raises, tibia raises, lunges. And I give many explanations on why each exercise helps and tips on how to do the workouts better.
I'm training to play professional basketball and played college basketball and in high school. These exercises can help athletes at any level and in most sports.

Hey SJ what do you recommend for me to get hops, as much as I wanna get into the gym, I ant old enough and really I have is stairs to do plyos on and just some space to do no weight leg workouts. What really helped you get some bounce?

What's up bro, I've been planning to make a video to answer this with detail. For now though, know you don't need weights at. My dad started training my jumping when i was younger by making me jump as high as I could on every single layup until I was smacking backboard every time. And a lot of calf raises. Until I make the video, I recommend just doing a lot squats, lunges, calf raises and tibia raises pushing hard every rep. And if you have room, go outside or in an area and jump high as you can 5-10 reps then rest. Repeat. Jump squats are good too. Just make sure to get actual jumping in because that's the main goal.
