Not sure if your bulking or not but it you want your legs to grow that will really help you especially training them twice per week. Even just doing high carb days on those days and maintenance on the other days if your not wanting to bulk

Currently bulking, did a 10 week clean up cut before this. But honestly only been lifting consistently now for 4 months.
