Leg Day | Dummbell Only | Home Workouts

A dumbbell only leg day which can take about an hour to do so it can be pretty time efficient. But I would include another exercise for calves if you're lacking in that area which we all are. With less exercise it's ok to add more sets as well for volume. So don't be afraid now.
~ Full Leg Routine ~
Heel Elevated Goblet Squats | 4 Sets x 7 - 10 Reps
Reverse Lunges | 3 Sets x 10 - 15 Reps
Dumbbell Romanian Deadlift | 3 Sets x 7 - 10 Reps
Single Leg Calf Raises | 4-5 Sets x 10 - 15 Reps
