Yes its true that Mass. was the origin of [permanent] slavery in the Americas, in what appears to be the first record of black on black violence, but that happened under British commonlaw near a century before independance was gained. A court would rightly discern a massive incurable problem: jurisdiction. If the bozos want to try to sue the crown, my best advice is the Home Office should bar them from entering the UK - they might foment a riot or otherwise breach the peace as its a hive of imbeciles and crooks trying to sell a political mirage to the media for the purposes of looting a treasury.

Truth is misappropriation of money. Those who donate to churches, do so to benefit the church and the work of the church, not to suddenly pay out to non-Christian groups who love money. Those in charge of churches have no ethical right to do this with money given to them in trust. I am sorry to say, Christians need to be far more aware in giving and demand a written guarantee their money will not be used for any other purpose than that intended.
