A lot of employers are already doing this. As a retired HR manager, I specifically avoided hiring anyone with pink, blue or purple hair. Anyone with excessive tattoos and body piercings especially around the head was also an automatic red flag for hiring.

I can't imagine doing anything based on my emotions as a teenage girl. It was living hell. Its a phase and you learn to control your emotions. Now you can stop this phase at a very high cost. Kids can't make informed consent
