I’m 54 years old man . Just been diagnosed by GP LBBB . Currently admitted in hospital. I never felt chest pain but slowly I was feeling out of breath. Your video is excellent and I have understood it more now as ever before. Need all of your prayers to get back to a normal life.

Hello Saeed. Im new to this channel. How are you doing since your hospitalization? I was diagnosed with LBBB per EKG. Last week, the doc did a nuclear stress test & this week the doc is doing a carotid artery echo . Afterwards he'll explain the results. Hopefully I'll be cleared clear for shoulder surgery. I am 68 yo was diagnosed with HTN last year.

I'm not a Dr, but feeling out of breathe can be environment (cold) induced OR in line with your peer aged people OR can be induced after certain physical activity. What's important is what's your 2D echo & other subsequent tests or showing. If they are fine, then don't worry , enjoy life; you are absolutely normal 😇

Excellent video. I have a life-threatening LBBB. I have a biventricular pacemaker with defibrillator. Three months after it was implanted, I went into cardiac arrest because of a fatal arrhythmia. So I have dilated cardiomyopathy and ventricular dyssynchrony. And it's idiopathic. I understand it's actually common for this type of heart condition to have no discernible underlying cause. This video finally explained to me how you can have an electrical block in one of your ventricles and yet it can still pump. I didn't understand that the electrical impulses could be carried through other heart muscles to compensate. I'm grateful for the knowledge.

This is by far the best explanation of the bundle blocks. I was diagnosed with the left one about 6 years ago. I also have micro angina. I have seen 4 different cardiologists and none have been able to explain it so clearly. I would like to thanks and pay tribute to this great human being for his generosity, inspiration and humanity. The great gift the mankind is knowledge. Take care

I have not received that call yet but was concerned. You have explained this so well and I feel a whole lot better about my situation.

Thank you for such an informative talk on LBBB. I was diagnosed with LBBB and cardio myopathy almost seven years ago. My angiogram reviled that I had not had an heart attack and that my arteries were not blocked. My echocardiogram showed that my ejection fraction was down and that I had an enlarged heart. I was fitted with a Biventrical pacemaker, since then my enlarged heart has returned to a normal size and my EF is on the low side of normal. I feel very lucky. I'm now undergoing tests at Guy's hospital in the ICCC (Inherited cardiac conditions clinic) as there is no obvious reason for my condition. Thank you once again for your time producing these wonderful talks. Kind regards Graham

@@jagmohanbakshi4051 it is nothing to be worried about actually, but get medical check up every 3 months to monitor your health and if you get any symptoms like dizziness and chest pain, take your emergency bills that your doctor prescribed and consult the doc immediately. Taking tablets daily is not necessary for everyone but again you should check with your doctor before making any decision

@@jagmohanbakshi4051 Hi Jagmohan. Im glad I founf this channel. I too was diagnosed with LBBB last week. I had a nuclear stress test-where you are injected with a radioactive substance to trace the electrical pattern in one's heart.Next is an ECHO of the carotid artery-next Ill get the results. I may have inherited this condition from my father.I'll talk to my cardio doc about this possibility. My dad was diagnosed with an enlarged heart in his early 30s-I thought it was because he smoked like a chimney in the Army-he died at 62 during heart surgery for during repair of a thoracic aneurysm- so sad. His father died from a heart attack at 62. Inherited??? What can you share with me about your condition?

Thank you ! Suggestion from an artist: 1. Draw your picture on paper. 2. Get some clear acetate (roll from art supply store) and a black marker that will write without smearing (permanent) on the acetate. 3. Place some clear acetate over your drawing and tape it so it won't move. 4. Trace your drawing onto the acetate. 5. Hold up the acetate with the drawing with the back to the camera and we will see the picture the exact way you drew the original. Old technique but it works ! We love your videos and the understanding we get from your explanations !

Great video -your explanation is very good - might you consider adding the Sgarbossa Criteria which as you know is now used to diagnose a heart attack in face of a pre existing Left Bundle Brunch block. The whole concept of "close your eyes after you see a LBBB "is by and large in some schools of thought old and out now. Otherwise I loved your video - let me look up your RBBB.

Thank you for a clear explanation of LBBB....although my treadmill stress test ECG showed LBBB I was not told about it by the cardiologist and only found out when I got my medical information from hospital archives. As a cardiac nurse I was not terribly pleased by the lack of proper communication...still don’t know whether LBBB was caused by the stress test or was it long standing because of hypertension. Your videos are invaluable.

After a 12 point ecg, I was told that at some point since my pre ams, I had suffered a cardiac event. My surgery was postponed, pending investigation. I had my Echocardiogram today, and was diagnosed with LBBB. I am praying now that my surgery can go ahead.

Thank you so much for this video. I have a better understanding now. My dad has heart arrhythmia. He has had Cardioversion twice but has now for a 3rd time gone back into arrhythmia. He has been diagnosed with LBBB and after wearing a 24hr heart monitor which they said in the letter the ECG could not be read properly (from your video I’m guessing that’s because of the LBBB) and that he has Bradycardia. I am always terribly worried about something happening because of these diagnoses and think maybe he needs a pacemaker fitted. He is also overweight which can complicate the matter.

Hello, is it likely to get AV block in the near future if you have this problem? Because if the right bundle has to take over all the time and since you said the right bundle is laying more superficial, than isn’t likely that it will go in block too sooner than later? Thanks in advance for your answer.

Now a cardiologist from the same heart group says no there’s no LBBB that they measured the QRS in my PVCs instead of sinus rhythm ? My QRS was 140. Is that right ? I went to ER because I had difficulty breathing and severe chest pain. I do get a lot of PVCS and PACS. I need a electrophysiologist to re read my ECG. they did not do a echo on my heart. My last ECHO was 3 yrs ago.

Following my 3rd TIA in 2 years, l wore a heart holster to see if there was any correlation between the TIA's and my heart. The readings have revealed l had a single episode of a four second pause associated with ventricular escape beat. How would you advise me to proceed and what is the significance. I will be grateful for your advice.
