Hello dear administrator of RDM! I have some questions: 1) I see a vaсuum table. How do You change new zero for Z axle in aim to head refresher works correctly? 2) Can You tell about composition of head refresher liquid? How i can compose it to refill the bottle again? 3) Which napkin would fit to substitute original ones?

Timing to perform head refreshing: - After daily operations - When the message [DO HEAD REFRESH] is displayed - When dot drop-out or dot displacement occurs - When an emergency stop occurs - When switching on the main power switch and sub power switch after the main power switch was previously switched off

​@@TekkersMan if you mean a Manual Cleaning (MENU -> SUB MENU -> MAINTENANCE -> CLEANING), so for to keep a stable printing condition at all times, perform manual cleaning once a month or more often. But if frequently printing with the print heads at a distance from the print surface needed to perform a Manual Cleaning on the end of this distance printing day. The frequency with which Manual Cleaning should be performed depends on the machine's use.
