Birmingham fan here - How was that not a penalty in the first half today? After Blues and a few other clubs have been on the receiving end of some piss poor decisions in recent week i reckon even though VAR is so shit, they want it in the Championship and this is the only way to sell it! I don't like VAR. I'd rather roll with the punches. With VAR you still get bad decisions and it makes it worse having more people involved. I think because it wasn't a tackle the ref thought it was just a coming together and having that doubt stopped him giving it. He knew he'd made a mistake because he blew up for nothing at their corner that followed. Maybe they should let the ref stop the game and check the monitor himself instead of being referred there.

​@@clivet3252definitely a penalty but I would still rather have bad decisions like that then have var, when you score you can just celebrate and enjoy it not wait for 10 minutes I can live with bad decisions and human error but not var getting it wrong so many times it ruins the game

@@babygravey yeah it's better when one person takes responsibility, you can pass the buck with VAR and there are more variables so it's less likely to even itself out

That Cooper tackle on Rodon was a HAVE IT moment. Second yellow card all day long! Wales would be good to watch too, chance to see our contingent.

Thought that was gnonto’s best game (that I can remember). Some good defensive contributions plus the goal and generally a threat

I agree with you , the standard of referees in this league is terrible cooper Millwall captain should have been sent off twice elbow on Rutter and the stone wall Penalty on Rodon , the ref bottled the call very poor performance

Brilliant that we are Top of the league Max considering that back in the summer 🌞🏝️ we didn't know what was going on. Respect to Daniel Farke for getting the UNITED back into LEEDS whole team playing for each other and the shirt. Willy scored a beauty of a goal and Dan James settled the nerves. Bamford was close to MOM for me, never stopped running, linked fantastically occupied CBs to help Rutter et al. Absolutely crucial to us winning. Not sure when Kamara played badly? He's Klich mk 2 (without goals but better on the ball) links players with so much intelligence, although he struggles to do it for 90 mins but that's why we have subs.

Rutter deserves the man of the match award , another assist for the James goal took his time to compose himself then , blasted pass four of there players into the middle of the goal.

Even as recently as last 12 minutes v leicester when they were 1 up that would have put them 12 points up we just have got to keep our heads it's not over yet.
