Have flown from LBA numerous times and it has got busier and busier, but the plans to build a new terminal have been shelved. At busy times it is impossible to find seating apart from the restaurants and if you arrive 2 or 3 hours before your flight you either have to wander about or sit on the floor. Even though it is my nearest airport we will travel a bit further to EMA where the facilities are slightly better, but still not great.

Hello kalpat, All airports are different our local airport is Newcastle but we thought LBA is nicer, we recently flew out of London Stansted and the airport is OK, USB ports and plug sockets on the seating area but not all of them work haha

@@petenchelleuk The best airport for us was Doncaster/Sheffield as Tui flew to Cyprus from there. It unfortunately closed last year but there are moves to try and re-open it by the local councils. Only ever landed at Newcastle once when our Leeds flight was diverted due to fog and we were bussed back to Leeds - when we arrived there not a sign of fog (4am).

Im flying from Leeds Bradford next week going to Spain and I am surprised with some of the prices for things was expecting prices to be higher than that
