I watched the song remains the same & listened to it so many times that i could play the whole concert in my head. I was obsessed with it, came in handy for work when I wasn't allowed to wear headphones. I had a whole concert in my head man!

The Power that was Led Zeppelin Live. So glad I got to see it firsthand way back then. Still never seen anybody equal it.

The two bands were really connected. John Entwistle and Keith Moon were real close friends with Jimmy Page and were close to leaving Pete and Roger to start a band with Page and Plant.

LOL Pete dissed zep because couldn't be the man, but the Who was a great band. Not as good as these guys, but still very good.

second version is from the southampton university concert from 1973. Dazed and confused is at the 48 minute mark and this part comes in around 54 minute mark. Finally found the full song

love that he kept the ''idea'' later to Achilles Last Stand. just magnificent.

i get tingles when that riff plays, in the middle of the dazed and confused track in the live version at madison square gardens, wish i was there

they can turn coal into diamonds; LZ was that good (all original band members); the improv that they did in concerts was sooo good nobody can match them to this day...i miss them alot, and would have loved to see the direction they would have taken after ," in through the out door."...rr

Not even close. Plant started to lose his voice in ‘73. Check out the Live On Blueberry Hill bootleg from 1970. The band never sounded better. I think almost all of 1970 they put together the best and most consistent live performances of their career.

I saw them April 9th, 1977 at the old Stadium in Chicago. They played like five songs then cancelled. I think Jimmy got sick. I have had people try to buy the ticket stub for $100 . I never sold it.

It's taken from the live album 'The Song Remains The Same'.

Non-HD uploads have horribly compressed sound. You can hear it most in the cymbals and high-hat. Unlistenable.

1:06 you can clearly hear Plant singing "you are gonna meet a lot of devil people there.... everywhere everywhere everywhere"
