Does this meter has a fuse?
This is only working in dc based smd not led bulbs which have AC circuit inside the normal 220v led bulbs so is there any other ideas to led bulbs smd because this is not working on that
How do we check the actual wattage of led bulb using multimeter?

Check how much resistance it has by itself out of circuit and divide it by the voltage that is supplied to the led x2 : watt=resistance /voltage x voltage

He explained that on the first multi strip led that if it buzzes it is shorted out
My driver is ok but smd flicking but 5 lights are light slow 5o flick
