I have one question.... jo ap ny carbon dioxide ka smjhaia hy k woh kesy IR absorb krta hy uska tu mjhy sara smjh aa gaia hy.... mgr question yeh hy k Spectroscopy by M.younus men likha hy k carbon dioxide is IR inactive.... because uska dipole moment change nh hota.... so woh IR sbsorb nh kr skta.... tu kia woh line ghlt likhe hy?
