Only for understanding our Constitution i follow SCBA

Article 29 and 30 are formality articles and a framework needed on the grounds of distinction on numerical value to decide what constitutes a minority..without evolving a numerical value, no conclusions can be derived about whom to give a minority status and hence until then article 30 will remain ornamental and formality article..again supreme court errored on this..a fact that clearly shows how instead of preserving ethos of constitution, it played to the tuned of vote bank politics..

I am a law aspirant and definetly reach SC one day sir.

The most misunderstood and misinterpreted is Article 30. The right of minorities dealt with in Art 30 is at par with the rights of the majority and not to be placed on a high pedestal.
