@Truth is Harsh Jordan lost THREE times in the first round of the playoffs until PIPPEN came along so thanks to Pippen. Young Lebron took a trash team 2007 Cleveland to the finals.

Grew up a huge Kobe/Lakers fan so I “hated” LeBron as a kid. But by the time I was in high school and he returned to Cleveland I started to appreciate his game more. For him to win a ring in LA and break the scoring record in purple and gold is crazy to me.

You are so correct nba eastern conference went through Mr James for so many years I enjoyed oh so much watching him in the 2010s. I like hoe Matt Bullard said everyone knew he was going to be a problem with his size and athletic ability I won't argue that enjoyed watching him hold back during reg season and then destroying anything in his path on the way to the finals so in the end the raptors had no chance getting anywhere

He's certainly close. MJ leads in Scoring Titles (10-1) he also is (6-4) in rings & Finals MVPs. He also leads in Reg. Season MVPs (5-4) Dunk Contest Titles (2-0). However, he did it! He beat Kareem! The points Leader is now LeBron James. Congrats to him. From the 2000-2023 era & decades, LeBron is the best.

The pressure that was put on him at 18 and he lived up to the hype.

We need that 30 minute mixtape with passing and defensive highlights. Also with all of Bron's playoff highlights with all the naratives and storylines. The 2007 ECF, 2011 Finals, winning back to back, return to Cleveland, 2016 finals, 2018 playoffs, and the bubble. Greatest career of all time. Bar none.

The "Truth" is that your stuck in the 90s and cant admit an athlete 20 years later who is bigger, stronger, faster, more complete player who has all of todays strength training, coaching, etc etc etc is FAR better. @@TheApocalypse2031 MJ wasnt prime until 22 years old. Lebron was prime since birth, high school, 1st year NBA at 18 years old. MJ started his decline at 34, retired for 3 years, came back with the wizards for an even further decline to 20 pts/game on 41% FG. Lebrons been prime in the NBA from age 18 (rookie of the year) to 38 (30/8.5/7 on 50% FG) No ones been this good, for this long.

Lebrons been the GOAT since high school, and the GOAT til hes 40+. Age 17 Lebron 31.9/9.6/4.6 absolutely smashing high school. You should look up some best ranked high school players of all time. Lebrons at 1 or 2, MJ not even listed. Lebron was better younger. Age 19: -Lebron NBA Rookie of the year 20.9/5.5/5.9 - MJ 1st year College 13.5/4.4/1.8 Age 20: -Lebron carries Cavs to NBA FINALS 27.2/7.4/7.2 -MJ still battling college kids 20/5.5/1.6 Age 21: -Lebron NBA 31.4/7/6 -MJ college 19.6/5.3/2.1 Lebron was dominating the NBA while MJ was still growing. Crazy to think that eventually he will end his career possibly with a 40k points, 10k Assists and 10k Rebounds in the leaderboards in his resume, and he will be the only player to do it. He is the greatest All-around player of all-time or even the GOAT.

That transition from Left Hand alleys was epic! I remember watching the Heat smoke the Lakers that xmas, it was certified hardwood classic

I don't like Lebron, never have, thats just who I am. But I couldn't help but smile when I saw him make the bucket that broke the record. Win lose or draw, I thought hell would freeze over before ever gave Lebron a nod, let alone a standing ovation, but standing ovation I did. Like him or hate him, he deserves the respect due him for breaking this record. What a feat, something I never thought I would see in my life time.

He was dubbed as the Chosen One back then when he entered the league... Now in his 20th year, he broke Kareem's scoring record that literally no one in this world have thought that it can be broken. But LeBron has done it. He definitely exceeded the expectations... He may not be Jordan, he may not be Kobe, but damn, LeBron will still forever be in the Mt. Rushmore of the NBA.
