    Mj had one if not the greatest supporting casts of all time throughout his entire career in a time where the league didn’t have nearly as much talent as it has now, meanwhile Lebron got his first cavs team to the finals and gave the prime big 3 Celtics everything they could handle when his second best player was delonte west...

    @@clydetheglidetop5sgtop10du7 Umm. Pippen would be in the goat conversation the way he grew. An athletic all around defensive minded player is always a contender in ANY team(look it up, on how good Pippen was). Pip together with the monster rebounder all time Rodman, a SOLID roster and a HOFer coach, thats what secured his next three championships. Kukoc is HIGHLY underrated too. Lots of monsters in that Bulls roster and no one talks about them that much. Now its a different story, now he has Davis, a guy who also wants to prove himself be regarded as one of the greats. Lebron got his own Pippen now, all we need to do is grab some popcorn and see if this kid from Akron would live up to the HYPE!

Pip did bloom under mike but if you tell me that it wasnt also because of Scotties god given athleticism, wing span, hustle and work ethic, then idk what to argue anymore. Pip could have been in the same category as Lebron and Larry Bird based on skill and output alone, however his teammate was the GOAT so he became the 2nd option all his prime.

    LeBron is not a top 3 player; he's the number 1 player. People let the drug that's known as nostalgia dictate their decision to position Jordan as the best player to ever play, and that's what you call a bias judgement. LeBron james is the ruler of a much skilled and talented league. He has proven that he can lead a team very far despite of what pieces he has around him. He makes his teammates peak their abilities by being the best team player sports have ever seen. People are going nuts about Westbrook's triple double average when King James can do that in his sleep (He can average a triple double for his whole career if he wanted to). This man doesn't receive the duly respect he deserves. He deserves the respect that claims he's the best player ever, because he's undeniably is the best. I'm by no means a bronsexual. I still to this day make fun of James because of what happened in 2011 and his tendency to cry about everything that doesn't go his way. He'll always be LeBitch James to me, but he's LeGOAT James whether I, you, or anyone else agrees or not.

    Yep. And Ive always said. If LeBron came first.. It would be really hard on Jordan. Especially if Jordan had to waste 7 years playin with a bunch of nobodies.. And also playing against some of the teams LeBron has had to face. Jordan didnt have to go through social media watching his every move.

    therealist811 Not sure if you know what you are talking about. LeBrons every move has been posted and memed about on social media for everyone to see instantly. Everyone dogs him because there a lot of people that want him to fail and not be better than MJ. Hes had that comparison and pressure since he was 15! MJ Barely made his High school team when he was that age. I personally love MJ. But sorry. He didnt feel near the pressure and expectations LeBron has. Not even close. MJ was clutch yes. But not near the same amount of pressure is put on him. Not even near the same spotlight and expectations

    I was a Freshman or Sophomore in high school while LeBron was a Junior or Senior, and it is crazy to me that at age 34 I am still watching him be the greatest player alive. I appreciate that I have been able to grow up and watch him not just live up and surpass all expectations, but see the example he sets as a husband, a father, a leader of other men, and virtually not a single blemish to his reputation apart from pissing fans off by going to Miami, and idiots acting like it would be better to not reach the Finals than lose in the Finals.

    Lets compare. Lebron's 4 best teammates in his last season before leaving the cavs (based on PER): -Shaquille O'Neal (at age 37) PER 17.9 -Antawn Jamison PER 16.7 -Mo Williams PER 16.1 -Anderson Varejao PER 15.8 Durants best 4 teammates in his last season for the Thunder: -Russell Westbrook PER 27.6 -Enes Kanter PER 24 -Steve Novak PER 20.8 -Steven Adams PER 15.5 Also keep in mind the 2015-16 OKC Thunder lost to GSW in 7 that year in the western finals. So Durant had no real reason to leave. Who did they join (Based on their best season after their trades) + 4 best teammate statlines. Lebron: -Dwyane Wade: 21.2ppg 5.1APG 5.0RPG -Chris Bosh: 16.6PPG 1.7APG 6.8RPG -Mario Chalmers: 8.6PPG 3.2APG 2.2RPG -Ray Allen: 10.9PPG 1.7APG 2.7RPG Durant: -Steph Curry: 25.3PPG 6.6APG 4.5RPG -Klay Thompson: 22.3PPG 3.7APG 3.0RPG -Draymond Green: 10.2PPG 7.0APG 7.9RPG -Andre Iguodala: 7.6PPG 3.4APG 4.0RPG (off the bench) Also keep in mind the Warriors went 73-9 the season before Durant joined and has 3 of the best players in their position on their team (All at least current top 5 for their position) prior to KD joining while the Heath had 1 player who was top 5 for his position. Conclusion: These situation are way different. Lebron left because he barely had any help and didnt get any when he asked for it. Durant came from a great team to join one of the greatest teams in NBA history.

    Jordan couldn't get past the 1st round of the playoffs until he got Pippen. He also choked in playoff games, but people like Skip, just pretend like they don't exist. Lebron is the most complete all around player that has ever existed. He has plenty of clutch moments, but the Jordan biased media tends to act like they don't exist. Coming back from a 3-1 defecit in the finals, is the most clutch thing to happen in Nba history and it happened bc of Lebron.

  • @SonofHsu16

    @SonofHsu16

    6 жыл бұрын

    sleuth 2077 LeBron lost in the finals...Jordan didn't. LeBron got outdone in the 2011 playoffs by a Mavericks team he was suppose to destroy. James had to join a super team to win the finals and that 3-1 deficit isn't so impressive when you consider Golden States best player was out with injury for those 2 games the Cavs won. James required 3 all star players to win 3 championships. Jordan had 1 his first 3 peat and 2 the next 3 peat. Jordan was a better scorer and if it hadn't been him missing 7 seasons to either premature retirement (twice) or a broken foot then Jordan would have close to 34,000 points. MJ was a better defender (granted LeBron is more versatile because of his size) and MJ was defintely more clutch. Jordan is better in many aspects and was a more complete player by his prime (95'-96') Jordan also has more MVPs, has won a defensive player of the year (LeBron doesn't have one) has more all defensive team awards and more finals wins, and overall had better accolades, rings, and was a better player. Jordan is the GOAT for a reason

    MJ is a great player but I’m just saying we need to stop throwing shit at LeBron so it seems like he won’t pass him. Records are meant to be broken. MJ is a player everyone wants to pass and take away the titles LeBron is there. Plus you say LeBron joined a super team ok but MJ couldn’t make it past the first round by himself LeBron did as a young player. Also MJ never had nearly the amount of pressure that LeBron had. So let’s stop with all this bs making it seem like LeBron isn’t good enough to be compared to MJ.

    It's amazing to look back on the late 2000's man time flies. And look how far he's come, every step of the way people doubted him and every step of the way he proved them wrong. It's no longer a debate, Lebron (to me) is #2 all time IF NOT #1. Idc about titles alone, Kobe would prolly have 2 if it weren't for that guy Shaq. Lebron is the new GOAT.
