The travel, home court advantage, players partying the night before and any other distractions other than straight basketball. It's just like highschool basketball or AAU where you go to a tournament and do nothing but play basketball for a whole week and then some. The guys who loved basketball and truly just ball flourished. Jamal Murray, Donovan Mitchell, Jimmy Buckets, Bron, AD, the whole Suns team, TJ fucking Warren, Joker, Freak etc. etc. All those guys just loved basketball and that was the only advantage anyone had because It was the same for everyone. If you actually love basketball and straight up focus and strategy then the Bubble was some of the best basketball you could watch. Also, the Heat team is still making it to the finals fool. He's incredibly overrated. Yes he has an incredible basketball IQ and would be a phenomenal coach. Yes he was a solid defender and good floor general BUT He was a terrible shooter and is efficiency was a problem. You could sag off him and basically double team anyone you wanted. His plus minus numbers have always shown him to be about an average player. Despite dropping dimes like Stockton the advanced stats just don't like him. He peaked early and after he left Boston he didn't do anything because his game is completely dependent on playing with other elite players as he was terrible with young guys. That's why he did well with the Lakers one year because he had vet stars to feed off of. I am not sure where you think he deserves to be ranked for point guards but I think hed be appropriately ranked as a top 50 point guard of all time but somewhere after 40.

Rondo one of the reasons we won the last championship. He didnt score a lot of points and stats were not all that but he made plays that mattered. Defensively he was great and just knew when and where to strike. Wish we still had him

what crazy about rondo when we celtics fans watching him play back in the days, the guy could run the same play over and over for the entire quarter and just find different open guys every time

Rondo is so underrated he was one of my favorite PGs to watch. He made that shit look so easy and the mf never even shot the ball the first half of his career and was killin!!

People act like it’s hard to process the game of basketball. As if it’s rocket science. Chill. Just being able to anticipate moves and defenses. Understanding how players will play you and where they’ll be. It’s not so hard.

The fact that people don't include him in the conversation for greatest playmaker. And point guard of all time is crazy. When he has 2 rings, most great point. Guards don't got to rings. Accept Isaiah Thomas Magic Johnson in Stephan curry. How many does Allen Iverson have? How many does Steve Nash have? How many does Chris Paul have?
