weird to say, and I don't think anyone will see this since this video is so old, but this is the single video, the single reason for the motivation that kickstarted my weightless journey. There was something about 'hold on were going home' by drake playing in the background and watching this man at the top of his game training with all of his success that ignited a fire in me to push myself. 4 years later, and although its weird to say, this video changed my life forever.

Wow, watching LeBron James' 1 hour uncut workout is truly inspiring! It's amazing to see the level of dedication and discipline he puts into his training. As one of the greatest basketball players of all time, it's clear that he doesn't take his craft lightly. It's no wonder that he's been able to achieve such incredible success throughout his career. This video serves as a reminder that hard work and consistency are essential to achieving any goal, whether it's in sports or any other aspect of life. I'm definitely going to take some tips from LeBron's workout and apply them to my own fitness routine. Thanks for sharing this amazing content!
I enjoyed the workout video man. Time me to get back into the gym man. Keep up the good work
Seeing this in 2018, some of the fadeaway's he's working on in this video, its crazy that its become so automatic for him vs. the Raptors during the playoffs. Insane work
Well, his athleticism is what makes him stand out. Being that strong and that quick is something unique.
Not bad at all. He should try out for the G-league. Maybe he can be the next Durant one day.

Great Work & Songs.
Boy oh boy where do I even begin. Lebron.. honey, my pookie bear. I have loved you ever since I first laid eyes on you. The way you drive into the paint and strike fear into your enemies eyes. Your silky smooth touch around the rim, and that gorgeous jumpshot. I would do anything for you. I wish it were possible to freeze time so I would never have to watch you retire. You had a rough childhood, but you never gave up hope. You are even amazing off the court, you're a great husband and father, sometimes I even call you dad. I forvever dread and weep, thinking of the day you will one day retire. I would sacrifice my ownlife it were the only thing that could puta smile on your beautiful face. You have given me so much joy, and heartbreak over the years. I remember when you first left clevenland and its like my heart got broken into a million pieces. But a tear still fell frommy right eye when I watched you win yourfirst ring in miami, because deep down,my glorious king deserved it. I just wanted you to return home. Then allas, you did, my sweet baby boy came home and I rejoiced. 2015 was a hard year for us baby, but in 2016 you made history happen. You came back from 3-1 and I couldn't believe it. I was crying, bawling even, and I heard my glorious king exclaim these words, "CLEVELAND, THIS IS FOR YOU!" Not only have you changed the game of basketball and the world forever, but you've eternally changed my world. And now you're getting older, but still the goat, my goat. I love you pookie bear, my glorious king, Lebron James.

this is actually a good workout to do a few times a week. i bet half of these commenters who says this is weak would still be trying to make them 15 fts as wee speak lol cause their arms would feel like jello

Exactly. This isn't his only workout. This is just a workout to keep his form and stamina up, and to challenge him to keep his handle and shooting form late in the 4th quarter when everything is tired. It's basically simulating the beating you take over the course of a whole game, while still trying to make shots, all within 57 minutes.

9 years later Bron still at it, say what you want about him on the court but people gotta respect the work he puts in to stay in shape to compete at a high level.

"There is no shortcut to greatness" Amen brother!
Amazing video.
Looks like a potential NBA prospect!
Nobody works harder, pushes harder, or plays harder than 6. He is the BEST all around player in the NBA and possibly ever for this reason we are all watching. Moving to Cleveland can be understood as he wants to make history and that will truly be history if he can bring a Championship to all those losers and Haters. Go 6, but LETS go HEAT!!! We still in this B*tch.

Even as a Clippers fan, it's amazing to be able to watch the second greatest basketball player of all time workout. I'd like to see him surpass Jordan before his career is over.

Nice powerade commercial. I love the part where he is drinking water because every intelligent athlete knows powerade is terrible for you.
I'm a Lebron fan all the way I follow his steps and everything to better my game like he do is. When I turned pro I wanna be dedicated to the game like he is and dominate like he do but most importantly always give respect to the ones that was there before me and the ones to follow.
