Miss you Lebanon, it was so beautiful before the war, peaceful, loving and open to the world. Hope one day will see the ol' Lebanon again, Lebanon the peace and prosperity like it used to be...

@2:25 what are these buildings on the shore, especially the one on the bottom left which looks like a roman structure?

Thank you for an answer that makes sense, for a change :)
What is the song called?
Nice share
Thank you, Kheireddine
Why are many of the posts perpetuating the conflict? surely such a wonderful collection of photos should remind you that people of different race and religion CAN live together. This is an amazing record of a country that once proved that such a thing was possible. Respect to nehadsherin for taking the time to put it together for posterity. Thank you!

Who was in Lebanon before 1975 according to you? Not Arabs? haha
habibi im an atheist ana bas christian 3al hawiye...though i believe in god and the saints and whatever but i don't believe in organized religion and i didnt mean to offend anybody ... anyway i like the way u think :P
Hezbollah didn't even exist when most of the destruction happened. People with attitudes such as yours could be see to be partly responsible. Not that I don't understand how one can be blinded by their own pain and fear and pushed into supporting the very thing that hams them, but that doesn't exchort you from whatever (maybe small) responsiblility you have. How about "poor people of Lebanon" instead of "poor lebanon"?
