This was very interesting - thank you! You have given me hope for my binding up scissors!!!
Keep making videos. Very good relaxing and deatailed long term video. I gave away all my Leatherman Micra's to someone or the other at different times in my life and i am surprised to find out Leatherman has discontinued it after about 25 years in Production.

Shocked me too. Honestly, it feels much longer than just 25 years.

The Micra hasn't been discontinued 😮
just ordered a micra. must be oldstock only left in the online shops. will be impossible to get soon. I think your channel will be popular if you keep at it.
Yes the micra is awesome but recently i had taken mine apart to use only half of it with all its tools minus the scissors because they kept locking up and no matter what i did they would stick instead of spring open which to me is sad same issue with my squirt ps4 but i havent taken that one apart

Have noticed that Micra scissors lock up soon after using them when new. But after awhile, they get unstuck on their own. And, never lock up again. No clue why that happens. I just know it does.
Do the tweezers lock in/ snap in to position

No. None of the tools do.
Do they bind up cos you don’t maintain them?

No. I've had a few of these. They all bind up on their own after a short time of initial ownership. Then the problem basically just goes away on its own the more you continue to use it. Afterwards, no issues.
