The way that Dr. Umar listens and genuinely tries to understand shaykh Hamza word to word really speaks for his intellect.

I didn't want this conversation to end. So much profound intellectual depth and insight. Mashallah. I can listen to these two nonstop. May Allah continue to bless us with scholars like Shaykh Hamza Yusuf and Dr. Umar Faruq and their knowledge to help us be better humans and follow the path of Allah, inshallah.

It's incredible how similar Muslims are to Christians. This talk could have been had by right wing western Christians and all you need to change are the names of the speakers, the content is identical.

Everything was beautiful.. but that laugh was not so nice.. He's an old scholar who spent so much of his time in the worship of God.. and you could see that he became uncomfortable and the same with sheikh Hamza Yusuf.. May Allah forgive those who laughed and guide their heart 🤲

I would stop watching because every minute I watch I realize how ignorant I am.
