I am new to your channel. When I was younger.. I learned all these using a spring board. The ones used by gymnasts for the horse. Which gets you to your G's and confident level...you did it viciously. 👏

2:48 I can do that really easy, and I can do a really nice one hand roundoff but I just don't have the confidence to try a backflip. Never tried before

Find a gymnastics center, trampoline park, parkour gym, or a friend to spot you. If you don't have/can't find any of those, you can always use any trampoline and then once you have the technique you can move to some mattresses or couch pillows or hackflip or anything.

This how i learned it kinda. But what i did. Is i but both my hands on the ground and just did a backflip just to get the feel of landing on my hand before the backflip. After that... I could do it easy... MEDIUM
