No talking, but fully excercises is just a great teaching. Good job 👍👍 Thanks a lot.
I've really been struggling with understanding basic footwork, so this video was a life saver for me. If I'm viewing it (on x0.25 speed) correctly, it is the case that the foot opposite the direction you're moving lift off the ground first. While this may be painfully obvious for people who get to train or play often, for somebody like me who plays not even once a week sometimes, being able to articulate that from watching this video has made all the difference in my footwork. Thanks so much MLFM Table Tennis!

Yeah before I played a single game I was swinging around doing momentum shifts. Ofc it didn’t really help my form as a noob but when I started learning how to hit I was already light on my feet and shifting weight without thinking about it. Didn’t expect that bullshit practice I did to help me lmao

I made the exact same observation from this video as a learning as I struggle with footwork too
Thanks for making these videos. I know the hard work of editing that they imply but more importantly, the information they provide is very clear and useful for all those who love table tennis

Best video I've found showing the mechanics of topspin shots! Thanks!
They make it look so easy. Thanks for the tips.
Without speaking... This is correct text book table tennis training at its absolute best! Thank you! Every beginner should begin here! Every intermediate player should return to these basics often.... Every advanced player should also! I have been asked by a student if he should be using wrist motion. In the example and as a better player, he is using his wrist subtly (watch closely) and he is feeling the ball on the racket (big time important). Also, the ball is struck as close to the apex as possible (imperative for consistency, Chinese coaches use the term "fix the position." This is to say, actually stop the ball at the apex at impact). These are things that I am not adding to the lesson, I am telling you that they are happening but not explained. This is all that I would add to this very fine teaching (just a bit but not too much explanation).
Your videos are very helpful. They are perfect even without talking. Keep it up!

Great job. Thank you.
Thank you. This is great.
Thanks it is really help full❤
Great teacher
who's here bcoz of PE 😌
This really helps my hitting, thank you
I was a certified tennis instructor. Your instruction here is very straightforward. You show all the key points. That upper arm/elbow/forearm relationship was great for me to know. Finally, too many youtube instructors think I am there to listen to them ramble on talking. No. Teach me what I need to know and let's play. Great video.
Nice one bud!!! Keep it up. 👍👍👍
Çocuklar gerçekten çok faydalı bir video olmuş, çok teşekkürler

Your bh rubber is cut smaller than your bat - is that because you transferred it from a smaller bat or is it to decrease the weight? Thanks for your great work with this channel, really helps my training! Best Roman

What rubber is being used? Is it a tacky rubber like DHS Hurricane 3 or a non-tacky one like Tenergy? Excellent explanation of correct technique. Thanks.
That two spot drill was valuable.
Thank you 🙏😀, sir!!
