very good!! I think Dev may kick his wrist back a bit, but the use of external shoulder rotation is better than 90% of these lifts I've seen. Keep up the good work!

Perhaps you’d like to view my attempt at these lifts on my channel👏. You can have a look at how we do it in South Africa😎.

You need to keep your wrist totally straight or ideally even kick it back a little. Thats what makes this lift so hard if done properly

Overall pretty good and its nice to see people not going for riculously high weight but for good form. Overall the lift is very transferable on the table and my only recemendation would be to slightly kick your wrist back so that way your pronation is fighting harder and it mimics when you kinda start to lose your pronation mid match but still have it just enough to come back at the same time. Keep up the quality work though and im sure youll be rolling all kinds of monsters wrist back left and right.

From the sounds of it hes probably lifting his one rep max most the time (singles) and using 50 percent as a deload or rest day just my guess though could be completely wrong.

Well u did it wrong right from the start .u picked up as you were still getting in your stance . Which is enabling your torso and legs to assist with lift .try it when your completely set in your stance and don't use your torso . Why people try to copy the lift is beyond me .yes some do it better than others but no one does it right .

Actually it doesn't matter. Your wrist and arm are weaker links so having stronger muscles in your legs "helping the lift" won't make a difference. You're welcome 😉

@@Titaniumelbowyeah, great point. the point is to see if your arm can stay static and support the load so using your hips won’t matter if the arm just opens up. In a way if you start with more let drive and put a sudden load on the arm as opposed to a static start, that’s actually more impressive to me lol
