This free headband pattern makes for one of the best crochet patterns for Christmas gifts. It's really simple, and it works up fast.
Many of my winter crochet patterns are meant to be given as gits or donated. Making something like this crochet headband easy tutorial means you can make and give without a ton of yarn or practice.

#4 Medium weight yarn
I used Red Heart Amore #4 medium weight yarn amzn.to/3lRV2ng
Crochet Hook 4 mm tidd.ly/3nVOgir

Notes :
- This pattern is in multiples of 2 + 1 ch
- This pattern is a 1 row repeat ( Row 2 )
- The chain when you start will be the length of the head band. If you'd like it shorter or taller, you can easily adjust it by making less or more ch when you start
-The rows that you made will be the circumference. If you'd like a smaller or larger headband, you can easily adjust it by making less or more rows
- In this video tutorial I have demonstrated with size M
Gauge unblocked : 19 st X 19.25 rows = 4"
Yarn needed for size M : 70 yards
Sizes and Measurements:
S : Women Smaller Heads / Teen = 17.24" Circumference stretches out to 21-22" X 3.78" Tall
M : Fit Most Women = 18.28" Circumference stretches out to 22-23" X 3.78" Tall
L : Women Lager Heads = 19.32" Circumference stretches out to 23-24" X 3.78" Tall

Just finished this in grey to match the inside lining of my winter coat, the coat is red outside and the inside of the hood and inside of coat is grey, so I am very pleased with the way it turned out, simple pattern yet a little different texture, that is what drew me to it. Thanks ~~~Peace~~~
