However, after seeing the joy that people experience over a simple meal, I had it on my heart to pursue this further. This video is helpful in so many ways. Thank you. *edit* I personally stuggled for many years with addictions and depressions that destroyed my life. But cooking... it's indescribable. ...People go through a lot of hardships in life. Sometimes, all you need is a heartfelt meal to help get you through. You have provided this here. Thanks

For people who dont have a good non stick pan and have to deal with stains after cooking, I suggest pour water right on the pan after cooking so the stain can slowly comes off OR if you forgot to do that then again pour some water on the pan boil until it bubbles and then just wash regulary.

Nice work Nick. As a 16 year veteran of the F&B industry, your video was awesome. I know this will genuinely help a lot of folks thinking about being a cook. When people ask what I do, I say I’m a cook. I have done lots of other things, but ultimately I’m a cook helping my crew do better. It’s a worthy business to be in and support.

He really goes into depth with every concept, and of course every single time, the end results are stunning.
