Find a way to record yourself attempting the shot in slow mo and keep comparing your form in your recordings to what you see in the videos to try to spot what’s going wrong

You can’t break your toes from a collision with a football. If it never goes up try putting more power and also leaning backwards when you shoot

@@stupidprogrammer6975Tearing a quad doing this means he wasn’t doing it correctly, didn’t stretch, or it was already damaged and it finished it off. If you don’t want to tear your quad, rest, recovery, and stretching will make it not happen.

Why didn't you use the drone's camera first at the beginning(showing the direction of the ball)? (A lot of Pros miss this one every time in the match, you can start to count, here you choose which one is a real pro! !) If you want to succeed in this one you should be able to keep in mind always that you have to kick inside and not outside of the goal. Here your angle position to kick is okay but when you have to move and to face players it's different than what you think.(Like this short video game...)

yeah it’s risky. I’ve heard about people hurting ligaments when doing it, but I think it’s about the way you do it. Pro players wouldn’t do it if there was too high a risk

@@tempejkl yep ig. I used to do this a lot. But during a match my ankle was fully injured. I couldn't walk for 1 week. My ankle has gotten better but it still hurts if i do something that give pressure on my ankle.
