Yes even I cannot say no to everyone n help out them in every situation but during my request to them, the answers would alyz be some excuses like have some work. thia has happened to me not just once but most of he time ..so I have thought now to just say nothing n do nothing about it.....just that would be good for all I guess......

Let's understand why you can't say no to people because you have fear of loosing them . If the person is your boss you will have fear of creating good impression on your boss . So ultimately thing is you have fear of loosing things . If you really don't want to do that work just say no to it.

Same happened to me. I used to help my friends a lot . But people take it for granded and extend their demand more n more. I used to feel guilty saying no and always ended up saying ok. One day i get their work done and after completing their work i said them it's difficult for me to do so please from next time don't tell me. nowadays they talk lesser than they used to earlier but that's good for me bcz i also don't want to be in touch with people who don't think of others difficulty and think about themselves only.

I usually never say reject friends. I remember when I was 14 and got fed up of mom and told her “no I won’t go out of the house to make friends” I got kicked out of home accompanied some huge drama from her. Now many years later I realize that I barely ever say no, and many friends of old friends of mine (like we met years ago) are rude or audacious to me in average.

I actually agree strongly about being taken advantage of all the time by always saying yet way too often even though we may sometimes with certain people only show favouritism behind other people's backs who we may have rejected and turned down in some sort of form or way and sometimes not for a very good reason either since there's also such thing as backstabbing and betraying such as unfairness which is where the Favouritism part comes into play...But depending up on the time and place that the saying yes to certain people only and not to other individuals who feel and felt left out or being misunderstood after they got turned down and ("rejected") by certain people who got the wrong impression and thought the other person was trying to take Advantage over them but not neccessarily except for only wanting to get and make a memory with them like asking for a picture photo or selfie together during wedding or retirement party, well when it comes to time and place for example such as like if people are the friends and colleagues of your mom or dad and you're somebody or someone like myself with mild but not severe autism and bipolar disease...Well if you saw other people making approvals to your parents during your mom's colleagues retirement or celebration party and they never did with you for example, well you have every Legitamate and Understandable Personal reason in the world to actually be outraged and furious, never be afraid to tell those people to their faces or your own parents Because colleaugues like that should also have a heart for their coworkers biological son or daughter doesn't matter what job occuppation they do for a living and they also don't neccessarily need to act uncommunitywise nor uncommunity like either while people can also openly express themselves and vulnerable victims through a piece of paper or through email to the workplace of their mom or dad's employment...I mean we've all seen Jerkishness before inside and out within the personalities of certain people but I also feel this can actually be Improved.!!! Depending on the reasons for the turn down or Rejection Dissapproval, well then if it's because they don't want to be taken advantage over or doesn't tend to seem to have an interest in you personally in being friends or does but just doesn't no you very well if they had only just met you for the first time which is an excuse if you're the biological teenage or young adult child or their coworker of either the same or opposite gender as the colleauge of the biological parent who turned you down when that actually could've had a heart at least...Social Media isn't even always perfect and it's not quite as good as it used to be except for during certain occassions.!!! Also doesn't Neccessarily mean that the vulnerable person who got turned down has to like or accept it either, they need to be understood first by their parents colleagues and they parents should stop being jerkish and should always be there for their child, when you explain it like that out of innoccent human expression...Well those reasons are worth making your parent's colleagues miserable while the Rainbow Represents Human Rights while Blue was also the same Liberally while Red Flags mean nothing, people can be more Considerate than that like giving and handing out a reason for the dissapproval.!!! A quick short but simple one too, yeah I mean having to mention and openly come out and express hardcore toxic feelings isn't always an easy thing to do for certain...But yeah, it's because they don't have personal interest in being friends that's understandable, but if they're your biological parents colleagues and doesn't know you very well yet and just met you fir the very first time, well then it's and excuse and can make their child feel wanted.

#diaryentry I'm watching it as I found saying no to my boss really hard... So trying to learn how to say no to boss.... I've recently got a job as a team leader and data analyst... And My reporting head is the CEO and his wife is president of the company... My CEO has given me clear instructions to observe only... But on my 6th day, his wife and president of the company asked why I've not done *data analysis* and data entry (as the data entry operator was absent)... I reminded her *"I am instructed by your husband and the CEO to observe only... And yesterday you instructed me to work on modern trade... since then, my brain had been trying to learn that (Firstly she said she'd not instructed me to do that... She manuplated by saying she simply instructed to search a presentable outspoken female candidate for modern trade, and secondly she objected to my learning it and instructed to learn it at home and in the very next breath, she said that her husband and she had a discussion on giving me the role in modern trade then I reminded her that she handed me over the keys to office to reach early and search modern trade clients)* ...secondly she insisted twice on a few market visits (so that I might understand the whole process and analyse data better) which I didn't want to do alone and found denying it the hardest...(actually, in previous two days, I'd already been visiting the market with SO and CEO)...and a "yes" slipped out of my mouth... In fact, later I re-assured her by saying "I'll definitely do it" I must have answered her second demand by saying, *"It sounds like an interesting opportunity...I'd like to do a part part of it... I'll like to have thought on it... How about if I let you know my stand tomorrow morning? "* In fact from the very moment, she demanded to work on modern trade, I'd been feeling distracted from my current commitment of observations and found my productivity severely reduced! Thank you so much Michael for this beautifully explained and pacifying video content!I wish I could have been useful to you some way...
