Where are you from? In Bulgaria they call it palachinka, very similar to the word you use.

Как интересно, Макс, спасибо большое! Обычно я готовлю свои французские блины (crêpes) c пивом вместо йогурта! Они таким образом становятся лёгкими. Обязательно попробую твой рецепт!

Je fais les crêpes à la bière mais quelq'un a mis un pouce vers le bas comme par dégoût, pourtant elles ma paraissent excellentes!

A-ha! I loved watching this video and I actually going to make some blini/palachinke for dinner as I haven't had them in years! It was interesting to see that you mix milk and yoghurt and leave it to ferment for a while, which makes blini special to palachinke, we don't have that preparation step. I will try next time that variation with leaving yoghurt in milk for a day before making and putting both salt and sugar, to make a genuine blin! How we make it is practically identical, except there is no prepared fermentation bit and it varies on type of dairy, salt/sugar thing and amounts. We make them in 3 ways: 1. Lightweight - only Milk (and maybe some sugar), when you roll them filled with honey, fruit, jam, nuts, chocolate or something sweet or with distinct taste. A typical pancake. 2. Solo - Kefir or sour milk (a.k.a. thick yoghurt,

Les meilleures crêpes que j'ai mangées étaient bretonnes. Crêpes au sarrasin mangées à Arzon, golfe du Morbihan avec un litre de cidre pression.
