Thanks for the hype everyone! ☺️ I did not quite manage the kickflip but I did land one half kickflip. I have still to find the sweet spot in the strength of the flick to have it rotate properly but only halfway, because my board would just kinda flop on the side with 0 pop. I managed quite a few of the ollies pushing down on the nose though 🛹 Did not get around to trying the shuvit tip, but I told it to a girl at the session and she managed to land her first shuvit that night! So I get overall George’s tips do help ☺️

This is one of the channels that inspired me to pick up skateboarding again at age 27 (and document it so i can look back at my progress), I never managed an Ollie on the move as a kid but today managed to not only Ollie on the move, but also higher than I could do stationary thanks to this "hack". Great teaching!
Ollie is really hard man! I can’t seem to jump my board. Every time I do so it’s just a few inch for like a second. Doing tricks is never easy especially for a newbie. But it won’t stop me from learning and trying despite being scared.
Wow I’ve been struggling to get my back wheels off the ground in ollies and the seesaw method really made sense in my head!! I will definitely try it out

This was back in April, I watched this vid because I was really struggling with ollies and I wasn’t progressing. I saw this vid and watched the whole thing. Your tips on ollies helped me so much. As soon as I watched the video I went outside and applied your tip to the Ollie. I got so much air it was the best feeling. Unfortunately I have stopped skating for many months. I should have kept on going because that was a huge milestone for me. I’m going to have to rewatch this video. Thank you so much!

I'm glad you mentioned the seesaw method. I didn't know what to call it but when I learned that little trick my ollies got higher! Another little trick that helped me was making sure that my back foot is just as high as my front flip when I jump. This help the board get even higher when you level out and prevents you from stunting the height of your ollie. I have my shove it and ollies down next step is the kickflip. Thank you for this vid!
