night here! she explained it classes bfr. you use both as mandatory before adjectives but not at the same time , fēi chang is stronger than hen or better saying emphasize more.

In mandarin do you have an alphabet too?

Yes, nán háir means boy. “That boy is very naughty” is “nà ge nán háir fēicháng táoqì.” But note that we don’t use “hěn” and “fēicháng” at the same time.
