I am so glad to get a chance to learn more Lingala. If only I had learnt more when my Congolese boyfriend was alive! I will try to keep on learning in his honour, as I also have good friends from the same country. X

Hey Treceigh, i hope this questions gets you. I wanted to know if you could make a video when your interaction with your child? I have a son of 4 years but i dont know so many words in Lingala when i talk to him. I give you examples: Waht ist the word in lingala for: playground, Kindergarden, toys and so on. I would really love common phrases when parents talk to their children. Thank you

Hi Tre, I just randomly decided to check out some lingala vids, I'm here in the US but am from Zimbabwe. Really enjoying your lessons! Question: could you do another pronoun video combined with the verbs, and/or maybe one on tenses? Why do I ask? I ask because in this particular video it's clear that "Na" means I, but remember in your pronouns video I was "Ngai." I'm not sure how that happened. I've never studied Lingala but have studied several Bantu languages so I'm excited about taking a peek into the Bantu world realm of Lingala. Keep up the good work! Matonda!

Nga is a short version for Ngai. Another example is saying Nazo instead of Na Zali Ko x
