☆☆☆ GRAMMAR NOTES ☆☆☆
1. Japanese speech style
2. Proper use of the polite and plain style
3. Polite style to plain style
**DISCLAIMER**
These lessons are based from the Minna No Nihongo Textbook (1st edition), which I chose because I’m familiar with it. But even if you don’t have the textbook, you can still follow along the lessons by just watching the video.
I'm not a native Japanese speaker nor am I a Japanese language teacher. I'm currently living in Japan and I use Japanese at work and daily life. I’m sharing what I’ve learned from my language school and through self-study. I’ve passed the JLPT N3 exam and am planning to take the JLPT N2 test in the future. So if you find any mistakes, feel free to let know so that we can all learn together. Thank you!

I enjoy each and every lesson ever since I came across your videos. Thank you so very much for improving my Japanese and increasing my confidence in learning the language. Two things I wish to bring to your kind attention. One is the word 'Enpitsu' which means 'Pencil' as per dictionary. Similarly, 'Shorui' which means 'Document' and 'Shiryo-o' which means 'Material' or 'data' as per dictionary. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
