I look back on a video that I watched approximately 9-10 years ago, which marked my initial introduction to the field of programming. Today, I am proud to be working as a Python programmer, and I acknowledge the significance of that initial video in shaping my professional journey. thats awesome :P I recently started learning html and css after watching a video similar to this. but I want to learn programming, so I plan on starting programming languages after I'm comfortable with html and css since I already started and liked and they're "simple", who knows maybe Web developer grows in me :) since I was 12 I start for a day or 2 and never get really into it but now I feel like I can do it. I wish I had someone that could guide me when things get harder so I don't get discouraged but I just have to push myself :)

perfect. for any beginner: learn html/css for a few weeks, then you may continue with java, pyhton or javascript. for 3-6 months if you created some work for your portfolio, you are good to go!

People now: To use HTML5, you will have to type in, "" You will have to use it at the very beginning of your document for HTML5 because that is a new version. EDIT: If you are on mac, use TextEdit. If you are on windows, use the Notepad.
