we only do the s pattern when it’s a new tub of ice cream. everything else we just go around the tub to get it round and perfect and it takes about 3 seconds or we just go straight across the tub.

Idk, but any tips for hard ice cream? My arm hurt in evening 😂, maybe my boss keeping stuff extra frozen? Any tips I can tell them about? Bc it’s frustrating for customer and for workers and it’s time consuming.
What? I've been working at an ice cream shop for 6 months and can scoop a prettier cone than this kid in half the time.

1st day training at Baskin Robbins. Trying to get more idea of scooping. This is not exactly the way I learned xD but yeah scooping in S-shape , that's something i should take a reference though.

and the icecream in the example is tooo sticky xD in fact, every other icecreams have different viscosity, but this is not the same for every icecreams xD hope if you had more examples!

Wrong you roll it , your boss is kissing his/her profits goodbye. Ask any professional you roll so the Air stays in the ice cream and you make money because the customer is getting a lot when really they are buying air
