How to do property deal trading with an other opponent?

Player 1 plays a steal card and takes player 2s wild card from a uncompleted set. Does player 1 put the wild card in his hand or must he play it on one of his uncompleted sets?

QUESTION Player 1 steals Wild Card from Player 2. Does the Wild Card go in the hand of player 1 or does it have to stay on the table In front of player 1?

What if the property cards run out

Nope card is an action too, so it can be nope like other action cards

If its my turn, can i play action cards after the vendue of the property card before to finish my turn ??? For example if i steal one orange card from another player in the begining of my turn, after that i flip up an orange card and definitely im buying it, after that before to finish my turn, can i play a wild card or any other action card ???

NOPE Cards are played on Action cards. Pickup two is a action card. Can a NOPE card be played on a pick up 2?
