    instead of giving pressure using palm... keep beating the dough with rolling pin for few seconds... by doing this not only u get soft dough/ chapathi.. t 'll also give me some stress relief 😅

I have made chapathi a 100 times but never got it soft no matter whatever I do that's the only dish I couldn't get, trust me I tried your method and it came out so so good...     First of all thank you so much . I recently decided to be a home-maker and I wanted to be make soft chapathis right from day 1. I tried every other methods it just didn’t work for me .     good. however if the dough is left for 3 hrs or so, it kind of ferments and the rotis become super soft.. and ofcourse more water is needed for roti dough compared to poori dough.
