Started this scarf and so much fun. Getting ready to go in hospital for 3-4 weeks and this is a perfect project to work on. Thank you!

You’re welcome. Best wishes for your recovery!
It’s all about one row repeat knitting for me. Thank you so much. I would love a knitting reference book with only one row repeat knitting. I couldn’t find it anywhere.

That is a really good idea!
Thanks for sharing this beautiful pattern. ❤
Is there a preferred way to add a skein? Or a preferred spot in the pattern? I am having trouble adding the third skein to finish the scarf, and I’m not sure why. I’ve tried several methods, and have a made a gap and loose loop of yarn, so have ripped it out several times. So frustrating!
Thank you so much for tutorial, easy for beginners and great scarf to knit for holidays and cold winter months. do you prefer metal needles or wood ones? I have both I learn to knit 10 yrs ago but then kinda stopped now back to learning again. If I were to knit with small size needles like 7-8 what would you cast on? Thank your tutorials great.

I switch from metal to wood depending on what the project is! Metal is slippier and I prefer it for bulky weights. I use wood for socks and slippy yarns to help not drop stitches. Maybe try 21 in the middle, plus 6 for the borders, then see if you get the width you want? It is a lot of personal preference!

I would try with 4.0mm or 4.5mm and see how it looks!
