This looks like a great service to add. But to make an efficient process you need to have the rooms completely empty. Many smaller homes have no place to move the furniture and I would not want to be a furniture mover. I would probably be only doing this to empty homes that are on the market.

We tell them to move it.

I talked to mohawk flooring about 6 months ago, and asked about a high pressure spinner, and they told me it would void the warranty. Had a handful of other cleaners tell me this to, what yall think?

What warranty do you think they are providing?

If the finish fails and doesnt bond to the floor how do you get it off?

With floor stripper and a floor cleaner with an abrasive pad, it's the most tedious part of this job(removing old floor finish). It can feel never-ending if not approached with the right techniques.

Can use it on vct?

Yes the revolver machine and the coatings do work on vct.

I was curious of this as well, I don't have a rotary machine or a CRB and was wondering which one would be more versatile to use in other areas of my business such as carpet & tile
