I was told the top portion (loop) represents the womb, while the bottom portion (lowercase t) represents the phallus. (Sacred union of the male & female, to bring forth life)

Is it possible that the meanings of ancient symbols and symbolism were not taught or revealed from person to person? Instead, one would (with the right spiritual hunger) take on, contemplate and interface with the energy of sacred symbols and allow a personal revealing from within. The sun birthed those symbolic mysteries so that the process of illumination can be reborn through us. How incredibly loving.

Looks more like a meaning of air, not just any air either. More like breath or motion that animates. Some motions seem to settle, other motions are in resistance of settling, like life forms. Life does mirror the settling motion. In a weird way a foot print is an echo of this.
