A song is all the section combined so section b is not a song in it self but a part of the song.

The B section chords are: Am, G, C, F
I like how you explained it in rhythm. I almost thought you would explain it through a song, instead in a manner. I felt a jumpy, cartoon-ish vibe there.

What you described as Ternary is actually rounded binary. Ternary is not short for "Turns around." In this case it means "having three parts." Ternary and Binary both have ABA.
