    Thank you very much for your video. I work in the Information Center. Today was a hard day. But your video made me smile as it reminded me that it is possible to change career path. I'm also glad to see that you understand that operators are just doing their jobs. They can't change rules in the company 😢

    This episode was (pivotal) for me. I realized that my bilingual experience solely comes from working in a call center, which no longer aligns with my goals. Indeed, being in a job like that isn't very pleasant. Therefore, everything that you both said was exactly what I needed to make my decision. also thanks for the "Bs"(bullshit) explanation hehe. I want to share a word with you guys the word is "pivotal" It means fundamental.
